Dr. Gonzales is a board-certified physician in both Family Medicine andAddiction Medicine, with a heart for healing and a deep commitment to whole-person care. A native of El Paso, Texas, he has called NortheastLouisiana home for the past 16 years, where he and his wife are raising their five beautiful children.

He completed his medical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and his residency in Family Practice at LSU Monroe EA Conway. His specialized training in addiction medicine was completed at Palmetto AddictionRecovery Center, where he further developed his passion for helping individuals break free from the cycles of addiction.

Dr. Gonzales is not only devoted to treating chemical dependency—he is equally passionate about incorporating holistic practices into medical care. He believes that true healing requires attention to the body, mind, and spirit, and he actively integrates principles of nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and emotional wellness into his treatment approach.
