Frank Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor andNational Board-Certified Counselor with over 22 years of experience serving individuals impacted by addiction and trauma. A graduate of the University ofLouisiana at Monroe, Frank holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in SubstanceAbuse Counseling.

With a career rooted in the Louisiana Criminal JusticeSystem and in service to combat veterans, Frank has helped hundreds navigate the complex intersections of addiction, PTSD, and emotional recovery. His therapeutic approach is grounded in Gestalt, Existential, and Rogerian theory, with a strong emphasis on the holistic connection between emotions, thoughts, and spirituality.
